A £50.00 per room, non returnable, deposit is required within 7 days of booking.
Confirmation of your reservation will be sent by return.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival may incur a fee of 50% of the reservation made if
we are unable to re-let the room. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival, or failure to arrive will
incur a fee of the total reservation made.

All our rooms are double or twin rooms. For single occupancy please enquire about rates charged.
Please note that the restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday evenings, except for
Bank Holidays - or by prior arrangement.
We can do sandwiches given advance notice.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, there will be a small charge due to extra cleaning costs
(£5.00 per day). We are able to arrange for our guests riding, clay pigeon shooting, fishing and
Exmoor Safaris. Exmoor is a walkers paradise.
We can now offer the services of a qualified Complimentary Practitioner
for such treatments as Aromatherapy and Specialist Massages.
