LOVELY COTTAGE IN PICTURE POSTCARD VILLAGE IN THE HEART OF EXMOOR
Situated in a delightful village setting, this lovely semi-detached cottage is a short stroll to the village shop and excellent pub serving good food. Right in the heart of the Exmoor National Park, you will be able to enjoy some of the most stunning scenery in the West Country right on your doorstep with a range of wildlife and flora and fauna, it is truly a magical location. Enjoy the coastline to the north of the county or use the property as a base to visit one of many attractions within a short drive which include Somerwest World at Minehead, The Valley of the Rocks, the cliff railway at Lynmouth, West Somerset Steam Railway and numerous historic houses and gardens.
Enjoy the communal gardens in the evening, or a BBQ in your enclosed small patio area with seating or stroll to the village inn which is 200 yards away for a taste of village life. Other activities in the local area include fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding and plenty of watersports at Wimbleball Lake.



The accommodation has TWO bedrooms approached via cottage style stairs: 1 double and 1 zip and link double which can be a twin. Bathroom: with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: with inglenook fireplace and woodburner, TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with Aga, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/convector oven. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed patio area. Use of communal gardens. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking in the property. Location: beach 12 miles, pub and shop are a short stroll away.

The Local Area:
Stunning views of the moors with the Exmoor ponies and red deer. Beautiful ancient bridges and babbling rivers just a stones throw from the farm. A few minutes drive and your in Dulverton, a quaint old market town. Further along the road is Tiverton and then onwards to Exeter and Plymouth.
